A few months ago, one of my brothers decided he was going to move back to be closer to family. He is at a point in his life now where he is able to make these kind of decisions. He is single and not working, so is a pretty free bird! He packed up his truck, a small trailer, his dog, and headed in our direction. He will be staying with my sister for a while and arrived late yesterday. My parents and I took a drive to my sister’s today. They had not seen the place since my sister and her husband bought it a couple of months ago. I was glad they were finally up to the trip and that the weather cooperated. It was great to sit around the dinner table and see the places fill up. In less than 1 year, 3 of my parent’s children (including me) moved back to the area, which makes my parents pretty happy. One other sibling was already here and one is still a couple states away. We are all a little older and a little calmer, but also a little more accepting and a little wiser.

I Found God today in my parents able to make a short trip, safe travel for my brother, and the joy of getting together with family.
