The other day I saw an advertisement encouraging people to get back to church this Sunday. It included a map with several of the churches around the city and links to their websites. It was interesting, though, that when I look at that time I didn’t find any Catholic churches. I researched a little further, but couldn’t find an organizer, so I don’t know who was heading the movement. In any case, I thought it was a good idea, especially with all the volatility at this time. This morning I put a big bandage over the stitches on my face and went to church. I tried to sneak in and sit in the back. I was surprised to see that the church was so full. The ushers actually had to ask people to move in to make room for everyone. I personally saw a few people I recognized and many that I did not. I don’t know the exact reason for the crowd, but I enjoyed all the people singing together and praying together. I wondered what it was like in other places.
I Found God today with many people in church.
