I have always had great respect for priests. In the most recent years through working in the church, I have come to know many priests and have learned so much from them. They are all different types of people, each with their own individual gifts, talents, and expertise in different areas. I have learned to try not to be judgmental and how to better serve those around me. And, of course, I have learned so much about God and faith. Even though there are differences in their personalities and opinions, they all have one common goal and that is to help other people come to know God. I have maintained friendships with several of the priests I have met and worked with. Today I received 2 Christmas cards in the mail – both were from priest friends. I also received an internet message from another priest friend. I felt very blessed that they would think of me.

I Found God today in hearing from some priest friends that I know and there will always be a special place in my heart for them.
