Yesterday as we were headed to pick up my mom from the rehab facility, a song came on that was about leaving the past behind and not having to go there again. I laughed. Then I saw a brief quote, “Don’t look back, you’re not going that way.” Loved it. These touched my heart and helped me to stay focused on today – the moment at hand.

I Found God today in a reminder to keep my mind in the present.
