It was a snowy day today. Luckily, I had planned ahead. I went to Mass first thing this morning to celebrate the Immaculate Conception. Then I went to the store and bought ingredients to make some treats to share. When I got home it had just started snowing. I turned on some Advent music and got to work. It had been a very long time since I made truffles, but that’s what I wanted to do. I had to learn how to make them all over again. It was an all day process, but they turned out pretty good. I had fun and thought it was the best way to spend a snowy day.
