I have been making Easter candy the past couple years. I enjoy finding new recipes and new ways to put them together. My son, sister, and I talked about what kind they wanted this year and decided on coconut, peanut butter, and creme filled eggs. I got all the ingredients along with milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and white chocolate. They came over this afternoon and we spent a few hours melting chocolate, creating egg molds, making filling, and putting them all together. We completed about half of what we started. My parents were the taste testers. They turned out beautiful and delicious. It was such a fun afternoon.
