Today I read an article about the new saint Carlo Acutis. He was a young man when he encountered Jesus in the Eucharist. This led him to compile a website documenting Eucharistic miracles around the world. Being somewhat of a computer wizard, Carlo did this when social media was in it’s infancy. He was only a teenager when he died from leukemia in 2006. The article was a beautiful story about his life and the faith of his mother who said she feels him all around her. She said that he leaves her signs and is not any less present to her except for his physical existence. Carlo is the patron saint of young people and the internet. You can see a great video here.
