My sister went to a surprise 60th birthday party for a friend of hers over the weekend and told me a very touching story. Her friend married her husband 21 years ago. Evidently, it was a quick decision and wedding. At the party, the husband said that he had never made an official proposal, so he got down on his knee and asked his wife if she would stay with him for the rest of his life. That is one of the sweetest things I have ever heard.
