My son had a doctor’s appointment today, so I helped drive kids. I picked up my grandson from a rock climbing event that was part of his school’s program. On the way home, he told me all about it and how much he enjoys the sport. He also talked about an opportunity he had making a story with the local news station. He has been participating in his school’s media crew for years and thought he may want to try to get an internship after graduation. Later, I picked up my granddaughter from her school. She told me about how she did on her math test and how she learned to kick a soccer ball with the side of her foot. I love having these kind of every day conversations with my grandkids. Once everyone was back home, I saw my daughter in law walk down the stairs normally while carrying something in each hand. It was so good to see her doing so well since her surgery 4 months ago. My son reported that he received encouraging news from his doctor’s appointment and that he is now rapidly improving from his back surgeries. It was just wonderful to see everyone doing well and I felt very grateful.
I Found God today seeing wellness in my son and his family.
