My mom really enjoyed seeing the Christmas lights the other night and told her friend all about them when she came for a visit. She had never seen the couple special houses that we go to every year. We were surprised at that, so my mom invited her to come out with us and take a look. Tonight was the night. I packed cookies, picked up mom’s friend, and off we went. She was amazed that she had never seen the displays that we took her to. She was surprised at the lights that were synchronized to music. And she loved the house that was surrounded by angels and jammed packed with nativity scenes. When I dropped her off at home she thanked us for the fun night. I told her that taking people on adventures really is one of my favorite things to do.

I Found God today taking my mom and her friend on an adventure.
