There has been so much political advertising and opinions all culminating with the election. Today was all about the results. But that will only ramp up the propaganda and information that is thrown at us. I often think about how great it would be if all political parties could just agree on the basic fact of the dignity of the life of every person. And I don’t understand why that is so difficult. I saw a quote today by Dorothy Day who worked tirelessly to serve the poor, “The greatest challenge of the day is: how to bring about a revolution of the heart, a revolution that has to start with each one of us.” I thought that was very timely and fitting.

I Found God today in the challenge to change my own heart.
